Conclusion and questions?

PURPOSE

Recent research conducted by myself in response to a request made by supervisor William James has resulted in different findings as it relates to companies listed on “The Fortune 100 Top Companies to Work For” and I would like to share them. The results of this study will serve as grounds for either deciding for or against building relationships with companies on the list. Here at James Inc. we specialize in finding jobs for clients. One of our best client pool comes from recent Saint Leo University Alumni and this study used them as the focus group.

Will It Help Us Better Service The Clients

What the clients are looking for are healthy work environments

What the firms are looking for are diverse and well trained talent that have the skills to succeed

We here at the agency preach that the client comes first so if the relationships we can build help us, help them it’s a no brainer

Will It Help Us Better Service The Clients

What are companies looking for in new employees?

WHO ARE WE TRYING TO FILL POSITIONS WITH?

Saint Leo University alumni come to us as versatile and very ambitious future members of the workforce

Any one of over 50 different majors that the university offers gives us the ability to slot these graduates in many different positions

Many of the alumnus are adult learners who have dedicated themselves to furthering their education

TARGET COMPANIES AND HOW THEY WERE CHOSEN

Fortune carefully selects the 100 best companies to work for annually in the U.S.

Focus was on the three states where Saint Leo has the biggest alumni population and the companies that made the list in those states

agency move forward we need to focus on these 12 companies that

are located in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
