For this assignment you have multiple observations made by multiple supervisors over a 5-week period. You should explore the data to consider the following:
1. Examine the percent safe observations by each supervisor over the 4-week period to observe any potential patterns or trends in their observations. (I would suggest that you will have 25 data points … IE you will plot the % safe for each day)
2. Examine the percent safe observations over the 5-week period comparing the results between any 2 of the supervisors to observe any potential patterns or trends. (Suggest that you use the same approach as above)
3. Examine the % safe across the observed tasks by the 2 supervisors to again detect any patterns or trends.
4. Compare the results of #3 above between the 2 supervisors to observe any differences in results.
5. Aggregate the data for both of the supervisors across the 13 tasks. Calculate the % safe for all of the tasks so that you should end up with a spreadsheet that has the time periods as the columns and tasks as the rows. Compute the percent safe in each cell.
6. Construct a control chart using the data from # 5 above; calculate 2 Standard Deviations for the UCL & LCL.
