a. Letterhead, font different then Arial or Times 5

b. Separator line after the letterhead. 5

c. Address the recipient and state the purpose of this letter. 5

d. Outline your qualifications in the middle paragraphs. 5

e. Write the final paragraph. 5

f. Write the closing, space for signature, your name, add a notation about enclosures.

g. Use MS Word Template to write a corresponding email Cover Letter (show this to the grader)
