Project Closure Report You have learned that an IT project manager must control a project to ensure the project plan is executed successfully. As a part of IT project management, a project closure report ensures that the project sponsor and key stakeholders come to agreement that the project delivered was what was requested. In addition, it will also ensure that the transition, training, and turnover has been sufficiently planned and conducted. Now that you have completed most of the components, you will create a closure report for your project. The project closure report template is provided in the Resources. This will help you save time. Please be sure to supply all relevant details using the template that applies to your specific project.
