Statement of Work—Project Description and

Sacred grounds is a internet café, that brings the idea of world ethics, healthy living, and sustainability to local business. Sacred grounds will offer beverages and confectionary, as well as an internet café. There will be live music, poetry, comedy entertainment, and art work from around the world for sale.

The products are simple and changed based on availability and ethics. The coffee/tea house will be using recycled cups, coffee from emerging markets and local markets as well. The coffee house will offer coffee, tea, and smoothies.

There will be a need for Carpenters, Plumbers, Drywallers, Electricians, Painters, Masonry, Interior Designers, Security System Instillation.

Project Deliverables

There will be a need for wood for the $35-$95 hour, Storey Construction, LLC, will be remodeling the restaurant into two different rooms. Plumbers (Brittain Plumbing) will need modify the plumbing (5128691331). M D Construction will be dry walling, S&M Electric for the electrician work and installation of the internet, L.O.C. Maintenance and Construction, (could also include the construction. ). C.. Oats Masonry, Inc. for granite work, etc.

Project Objectives

The rental is $17 square Foot Annually. There are 6800 square feet. University Commons 603 West University Drive, Georgetown, TX, 78626. The building is 2 minutes away from Southwestern University. Storey construction $95 hourly,

Project Assumptions

University students will always need a place to go when studying; and people from the community, need a place to relax, enjoy a great cup of coffee, and different forms of entertainment.

Project Constraints

The biggest constraint is that rentals with 4000 square feet or more are rarely available.

Exclusions

The Coffee/Tea house needs to be near a university. The What are the boundaries of the project? What is to be included and what is to be excluded from the project?

Acceptance Criteria

The Sacred grounds must be able to appeal to every age, ethnic and local economic background. It will offer the community high speed and affordable easy internet access in an innovative and environmentally stunning environment for enjoying quality beverages and confectionary items. Consumers can drink with confidence knowing every sip is sustainable and ethnic and that each ounce consumed gives back to society. The sacred ground prides itself on providing quality for those with a responsibly, drink wholy, and drink consciously. The goal is to provide worldwide communication, education, and cultural enrichment in a social entertaining atmosphere that embraces environmental protection, economic development, and social equity.

The regulations must meet those that are required by the state and the county for contractors. The owner will need to purchase the rest.

Technical Requirements

Sacred Grounds needs to give back to the community as well as offer great coffee and teas from both locally and ethnically available coffees and teas as they are available. The company should also offer comfort, education and cultural enrichment and an entertaining atmosphere. As well as art work for sale. The internet should be amply available and there should be enough tables for everyone to sit, with internet jacks at every table and chair.
