Introduction

This is the introductory paragraph. It should be a paragraph that introduce the reader to your topic and explain in detail what your paper will be discussing. Read the Scenario to get a feel for what the paper is about and explain what your paper will be discussing. Much of your introduction may be taken from the assignment itself (in your own words). Agency Evaluation

In this paragraph, you will be focusing on your response to Question 1. In separate sentences, evaluate an agency the issue impacts and assess the level of interdependence between planning, human resource management, and budgeting. Discuss two challenges agency administrators may receive from different internal and external stakeholders regarding the issue, level of criticism, etc. Discuss the political responsiveness versus the managerial effectiveness. How can or should a public administrator take a directive from a political appointee? Discuss how agency administrators should respond to the challenges.
