Spike Lee’s film Do the Right Thing does not have the power to transform ones political sensibilities. It just embodies stereotypes. This film just suggests that black hatred against society and then their violence. Asian, Italian, black and white implies confrontation to each races in the black neighborhood. Sprike Lee’s film does not denote unifying just showing social conflicts among races. Especially, this film emphasizes for people to stereotype of black people negatively. It shows black people’s rudeness and poverty, which is biased point of view for black people. It does not contain the power to change ones political sensibilities at all and just impose stereotypes.
