a. Hook- Why haven’t governments stopped Ebola carriers to travel around while we can see numerous of them are out of control?
b. Background (Exposition) – Serveral Ebola affected cases confirmed in West Africa. Governments have not set up helpful regulation to avoid affection upon travel bans. The majorities of government has not likely faced these issues directly. For example, the travel ban is seems ineffective.
c. Thesis statement– Therefore, the reasons of suspending migration by government from Ebola-hit West Africans might help to delay the spread of Ebola virus around the world and guarantee the health of citizens. Although it seems a challenge to suspend migration because the affected country might cut off from the rest of the world.

Suspending migration is the only and prefect solution beyond travel bans because the travel bans are not good enough. It can prevents more people to get in risk.
