According to the recently published report by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) (discussed in The Wall Street Journal, 30th August, 2013: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324324404579043252707210542.html?mod=djemITP_h) regarding how the U.S is fast becoming one of the developed world’s lowest –cost manufacturers. The report details how declining energy costs—the result of the shale boom—are giving the U.S. a greater competitive edge globally. However, thousands of US companies still continue, of necessity, to outsource to China.

Your will take on the role of a consultancy firm and write a report of 1,500 words (+/- 10%) with the following title:
