Summary
In the speech “What is wrong with school lunch”, the speaker named Ann Cooper talk about the food safety problems in America and we need to change the child's eating habits. She talks about her work provide lunch for the children. When she worked, she found the problem about unhealthy diet brings a lot of problems. If children eat unhealthy food a long time, they will become very weak. We should change the relationship between food and children, and we need to teach children the relationship between health plans, health food and healthy children.She also talks about this problem has become more and more serious which is caused by the government behavior and the consortium. Studies have shown that children eat more junk food than vegetables and fruits. Government may even allow these children food offer. The speaker believes that these foods can make our children sick.What we need to do is urge the government to change the relevant laws.

According to the lecture, I understand that we need to change the children’s relationship to food and why we need to change it. We need urge the government to change the relevant laws.We should teach children's health programs, health food and healthy relationship between the children.She told us through the data and examples that Kids eat more junk food than fruits and vegetables which leads to the children's body is getting worse. Schools should provide children with organic, sustainable and seasonal food, and to the students on the proper eating habits and diet.
