Prezi Presentation - Creation & Uploading Instructions

Use these resources and instructions for creating a multimedia Prezi presentation and uploading the appropriate URL link into the online classroom:

· Go to Prezi.com

· Sign up and choose your Prezi license (public-no charge)

· Watch the “Get Started” video tutorial and review the “cheat sheet” under “Learn” (click links)

· Review the Prezi Manual/FAQ for help in developing your presentation.

· Listed below are some specific excerpts from the Prezi Manual and FAQs that will be of particular interest to you:

· Upload your Prezi to the Assignments area of online class for grading (Week 7 or 14 depending on whether you are enrolled in the 8 week or 16 week version of the class)

· Under the “Presentation” area of the Assignments link: In the Rich Text Editor (RTE), click the “Insert Link” icon C:\Users\Tricia\Pictures\My Pictures\APUS pictures\Hyperlink.jpg in the menu bar and paste the URL link to your Prezi presentation where prompted. Click “OK”. Lastly, click “Submit”.

· Upload your Prezi to the Forums area to present to your classmates (Week 8 or 16 depending on whether you are enrolled in the 8 week or 16 week version of the class)

· Post a reply thread using the name of your organism as the title of your post.

· In the Rich Text Editor (RTE), click the “Insert Link” icon C:\Users\Tricia\Pictures\My Pictures\APUS pictures\Hyperlink.jpg in the menu bar and paste the URL link to your Prezi presentation where prompted. Click “OK”. Lastly, click “Post Message”.
