Proposed Title: The Human Factor Significance in Aviation Accidents
Proposed Thesis Statement: Human error is responsible for more than 70% of aviation accidents; therefore, the investigation of human limitations and capabilities is imperative in overcoming human factors and the prevention of resultant catastrophe.

Proposed Outcome: In researching this topic I will gain a comprehensive assessment of the role that human errors have on aviation accidents. As a recently certificated private pilot who is continuing her flight training through multi-engine commercial at a minimum, this topic will significantly benefit me in both my personal and professional piloting endeavors. As a result, I will discover and comprehend the origination and the extent of human factors as well as their prevention which I can apply to my individual flying and continued safe flights. Further, tthrough my research, I will be able to explore how human error in aviation accidents is investigated and concluded as a contributing factor or the cause of the accident.
