Strategy canvas before the strategy is applied
Apply the strategy canvas as it is today for each of the three companies (or products/services) the team chose. Do the strategy canvas. Write a 1-2 page explanation of the chart using the six factors you have chosen to examine. a. To do this properly, you will need to identify the six factors. Please examine the strategy canvases provided in the text to get examples that other companies have used. Be sure to use ones you plan to affect through examination of the Buyer Utility Map, six paths (week 5), and the customer tiers (item 4).

Uncover the blocks to utility and determine how your company will (or has) address(ed) them.
