Conflict is a word that almost does not exist in my vocabulary. When doing a project or when having a partner, the work needs to be well done and on time. Both sides have the right to give their opinion and choose the way how to manage their work. By accepting each opinion and trying to follow it correctly we will avoid conflicts within the team.

Compromising is the style that I got. By not liking conflicts, I have always managed to find a quick solution to please both sides.
