| 1. On the Tools menu, select Data Analysis. | ||
| 2. Select "Descriptive Statistics". Click "OK". | ||
| 3. Highlight the range for Input data (Unit 1). | ||
| 4. Highlight the range of cells where you want output to be shown. | ||
| 5. Select "Summary Statistics". Click "OK". | ||
| 6. Repeat the steps 1 through 5 for Unit 2. | ||
