Visual aids are a very crucial aspect in any successful presentation as they improve on the impact that the presentation will have. There are different types of visuals that I used in my project presentation ranging from pictures, videos, white boards, drawings and screenshots. I chose pictures since they are a very powerful but simple way of intensifying my potential of expression.
Pictures are able to speak at levels that are far much beyond the abilities of describing. Pictures will support my intended message by stimulating the brain of my audience in a more preferred visual motivation. By the use of pictures I hope to gain more attention from my audience and also a better understanding of my message. With pictures my manager and co workers are able to actually see the message/ goal of what we are doing.
Videos will help me to show visual information that is stimulating. Use of videos will support my message by bringing the sound, movement and pictures. I hope to get more attention by using videos and also better understanding of my message. White boards will help me explain my message in the sequence of routines or ideas. They will help me in clarifying my title and recording my key points as I do my introduction. I expect my audience to take accurate notes as they will not only be following my descriptions while speaking but also each stage as I indicate on the board. They will be able to write down and take notes on some key points and focus points on goals and furture stumbles that we encounter on billing.
I used drawings because they bring a better understanding of what it is that I am saying. Drawings are also exciting and they will capture the attention of the audience easily and faster and help them have a better understanding of the message. Screenshots will bring a real picture of any experiment taken and they will make the audience understand quickly as opposed to verbal explanation. I hope to achieve a quick and better understanding by the use of these two. With these drawings I will incorporate graphs and charts so they can see the outcome of our work.
