· Turns in the “targeted” job ad with the SWOT assignment

· Uses well-chosen details, data, and specifics to PROVE your claim about your strengths, opportunities and value

· Powerfully persuades the audience: Builds a strong case for you as a valuable employee and member of a company’s team

· Your PVP sets a target, asserts your strengths for the position you want, and provides detailed evidence & accomplishments
