Marketing Homework
Curtis Elite Staffing, LLC. –Unique selling proposition and Marketing Objectives.
Curtis Elite will use the unique selling proposition (USP) of benefits to attract candidates to work with our company. We will offer employees who do contract employment with our clients a complete low-cost health insurance benefits package including, dental and vision. The company will also offer paid holidays, sick days, and vacation. Curtis Elite (CE) would want for all our candidates to feel like they working for a company that cares about their needs as individuals. CE would like for all employees to feel like they are apart the company and its success.
What makes Curtis Elite unique in the market is that while all other organizations are striving towards competing and outsmarting each other in areas of production, staffing as well as management, Curtis Elite is in the industry of gaining respect from business leaders and loyalty from the employees we help find jobs. Therefore, Curtis Elite will provide all its clients, either the organizations finding employees as well as the intended employees, security and success in the contracts and a guarantee of efficiency in all operations.
Curtis Elite also intends to bring out the best in its staffing solutions by ensuring that it is on time whenever its services are required. One of Curtis Elite’s marketing objectives is to reach out to the hospitals, state officers, public utility companies among others and ensure that they are well aware of how the organization’s services could be beneficial to them. Another marketing objective is to get involved with social media marketing, which is proving to be much more effective for driving traffic to your site and improving customer engagement. Effective social media marketing is an ongoing conversation that lets you speak to your audience in a different voice. Good Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices are still important. However, SEO is getting further away from onsite optimization and becoming more about a holistic approach to your entire brands presence on the web. Especially when it comes to the social web. An additional objective is trying and reduce the direct costs that are associated with the new employee and thus help the organizations realize that our solutions are a way of cutting down on certain costs. It is also a set objective to get contracts with the organizations that are willing to spend $50000 on the staffing services (Burns & Bush, 2006). The last marketing objective is to try and get the best employees to fill in position that could arise in any case.
The secondary market research was conducted through intense analysis of previous information regarding organization’s behavior towards staffing. In addition, there was an intense analysis of the outlined concerns that employers have shown over the years and what their preference is. With a lot of information derived from past accomplishments, CE is capable and willing to provide solutions to most of the concerns and try to fix the gap of staffing in the market (Burns & Bush, 2006). Curtis Elite also carefully researched what is being offered by competing staffing agencies in the industry to find what commonalities are offered and what CE can do to make our services better.
