Sometime the parents feel helpless in their capacity, being unable to identify the actual needs of their children, thereby generating negative effects that can sometimes mark for good the behavior of the future adult. Today’s generation has a much faster development rhythm. Today’s children are the future adults; the responsibility for their education lies with their parents and teachers, but the society is not relieved from such responsibility. The parents represent the key-elements in ensuring the observance of child’s rights, as the child spends the most of the time at home.
