Individual: Strategic Plan and Presentation
Purpose of Assignment
This assignment allows you to solve strategy issues that reflect real-world situations that professionals in the field encounter.
You will complete the update of the strategic plan. By the end of this assignment, you should have learned how each element of the plan affects their organizations, and how to properly implement the strategy. You also have a chance to communicate your plan in a presentation designed to sell the plan to affected stakeholders.

External and Internal Environmental Analysis, Strategic Choice and Evaluation, and Implementation, Strategic Controls, and Contingency Plans assignments from Weeks 3 through 5.

The final strategic plan includes the following: · Table of contents · Executive summary of up to 2 pages · Company background, organizational mission, vision, and value statements · Environmental scan · Review of the best strategies from Week Four and a recommendation for the organization · Implementation plan: Include objectives, functional tactics, action items, milestones, tasks, resource allocation, and a deadline. · Analysis of key success factors for plan implementation, including a cash budget and forecasted financials, including a break-even chart · Risk management plan, including contingency plans for identified risks · Any change management strategies that would enhance successful implementation.
