Employees are calling out from work and showing up late on a daily basis.
Problem Statement
Employees are calling out from work and showing up late to their shift which is causing a decrease in production which also causes a late delivery to our customers which in turn will cause a loss in customers and this will cause a loss in income.
The Hypotheses
Employees are calling out and coming in late to work due to low morale.
