2. Its first page must be a transmittal letter (or memo, if “internal”) from you to your client. This page is not numbered.
3. Your next page must bear the title you have chosen for your report, and should be page #1.
4. Not APA format; letter’s (or memo’s) body must be 11- or 12-point, Garamond or Times New Roman, left-justified, single-space text; if a Transmittal Letter is used—standard block format.

7. Recommendations: Briefly and concisely indicate the steps you now consider necessary for design and implementation.
