Problem/Opportunity Statements |
|
A problem is an inhibiting or blocking factor which prevents the business to move closer to its goals. An opportunity addresses some change in the business process which improves the ability of the business to serve its stakeholders in a timely and cost-effective manner. Opportunities need to be examined in light of the current state and how the conduct of normal business is expected to change. This may introduce new equipment/application software to support new business processes. It is the mechanism to introduce any new functionality. Expand on the scenario surrounding your problem/opportunity. |
