INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH

Research has it that, team sport participation builds strong internal skills among children. Children who are more exposed to sporting activities with their friend get to learn a lot as compared to children who are left to play for themselves at home. A child gets to grow socially through participation in team sports outside the confines of their homes. This builds not only their own internal skills but also their social skills.

SUPPORTING POINT 1

Children should be encouraged to participate in team sport for their own welfare in future.

· Problems such as lack of physical fitness and psychological depression/disorders are e3liminated when a child participates in sports with their peers.

· Approximately 20% of children in the current society are victims of obese which can be eliminated through sporting activities.

· Many children attains their maturity age but still are not able to take care of themselves or make meaningful decision since their mental development was not sufficient at a younger age.

SUPPORTING POINT 2

Team sports among children is alike a learning a field. The skills that a child acquires from their friends have greater impact while they are defining their future.

· A child get to learn some lessons that they are not thought in class or at home. This is self learning lessons that will help them build their character without coercion.

· Ethical skills are learned outside the usual environment. A child will be exposed to a new environment and will get to learn how to handle and relate with people outside their home environment.

· Social skills are also acquired when one is outside the environment they are used to. The child will built friendship with other children from different families and background.

SUPPORTING POINT 3

Sporting discipline as a whole has raised individuals of high profile. Self discipline has been a key factor in success of a sport.

· Key personalities in sports such as Tigerwoods, Christiano Ronaldo and Messi all attribute their successes to self discipline. This means that, a child should be left to decide their own future based on the self-drive and discipline in a particular sport.

· Children who establish their sporting skills out of the love of the same sport have shown the difference between a career sport and talent sport. It is all based on the skills and success driven by the internal discipline.

COUNTER-ARGUMENT 1

Lack of team sport participation will lead to a child depending on the decision of people who are close to them since they cannot make their own decisions.

· Participating in team sports develops strong judgmental skills in a child and will have no difficulties in making personal decisions at a future date.

· Failure by a child to participate in team sports means that, their social behavior can drastically change and probably for worse because they do not care about others due to limited social skills.

· Research has found that, responsible individuals owe their responsibilities to great exposure and not confines to environments.

RESPONSE TO COUNTER-ARGUMENT 1

While personal developmental skills can all be attributed to team sport participation by a child at a younger age, it is also honest to criticize it, because it encourages laziness.

· Anti-social behaviors are attained due to lack of outside environment exposure but not to say that, all individuals who participate in team sports are morally upright.

· The internal skills that a child acquires from interacting with their peers in sports are not all right some are positive and some negative. These skills to some extent can ruin a child’s life at a future date.

· Without close observation, the skills that a child obtains , might bear inclination to criminality behaviors at their future stages in live.

COUNTER-ARGUMENT 2

A child aggression and behavior id directly proportional what the child is expose to. When a child is exposed to dangerous sports , their aggressive and tamper are synonymous what the sport exposes them to.

· The temperament behavior and social inclination of the person mostly depend on the environment in which the child has been raised. Team sports can change the child’s tamper depending on its nature.

· A child’ s behavioral characteristics need not to be influenced but coached cased on the positive characteristics that suit the sport. Otherwise the child will not have been given room to make personal decisions.

CONCLUSION PARAGRAPH

As many people wait for their adult to decide the sport the passionate about, it will be fair if one chooses his/her favorite sport at an early stage. this will not only help the individual to earn his/her own internal judgmental skills but it also psychological skills and development. Lack of exposure to petty team sports in the neighborhood has sociological and mental issues to a growing child. Thus, Young kids should not be limited in sport participation because passion for a given sport starts at a younger stage. Not only do children develop passion trough a given sport at their younger age but those who are good at it will emerge out with incredible skills in that sport. A good example in this case is the Brazilian football legend Ronaldihno who is the all time master of football skills.
