In using these kinds of systems, it is not just helpful among the people in communication but a fact to help organizations as well. It provides the needed information among the organizations and its staff to help them be more productive. Globalization has increasing trends in all fields such as businesses, economic, socialgovernment and by personal use as well. The impact of globalization among businessesand its 2role of on the society and in particular theenvironmentareshows in my paper.Innovations in information technology had known globally as well as on the advancement of globalizationover the past decades. Technological Innovations 1in information technology has been a center behind globalization and information technology has now become a key to success of a corporation’s global business strategy. 1Globalization means worldwide integration not just of social systems, business systems, political, and cultural as well. It is essential to learn the aspects of information systems because it could serve a great help among the companies.An 1increase in international integration of products ,services, capital and economic activityover the past few decades and globalization shows 1it is this worldwide integration that has leadedus to come up. The globalizations evolution has an effect in such companies because it could help industries to be organized and help their company’s activities. Once the industry is constant in the global market, they had a chance to have a competitive advantage among their competitors. 1One of the most essential aspects of globalization for businesses is that companies can now take information, knowledge, and skills from one place to another and have a wide area 2which leads to increased communications and collaborations and innovations as well. Globalization has the 1ability to communicate, collaborate and transfer information all around theworldand it lets companies focus on their main duties which in turn lead to better collaboration, communication and innovation. With the increasing pressure of economic value, collaboration and innovation has invaluable aspects that a company should possess. Through globalizationcollaborating and communicating worldwide is possibly made. 1Companies are now able to offshore and out shore sectors of their corporation 1from different location of the world and they be now able to communicate, collaborate, innovate and transfer information with less effort but with quicker response. The expected impacts on a global business that the identified trend will likely have over the next three years are already seen nowadays. Since big companies and large industries are depending in information systems, it has been seen that information systems had changed the company’s status dramatically. The use of web applications and mobile applications are now rising because through these systems, companies could have lesser cost but in efficient way of communicating and collaboration in other words globalization led companies to lower cost but increases efficiency in business functions. Multinational corporation business strategies are now using outsourcing and offshoring to improve more and implement innovation in the company or in a firm. Havinganother 2company perform that exact same function for youis the function of outsourcing while offshoring function is to move the whole factory off shore. Innovation is 2faster and be more cost efficient with the use of outsourcing and it also helps 1companies to grow and gain larger in the market share while 1with offshoring companies are setting up manufacturing plants all around the world 1because that area is known for specializing in producing that product, labor is cheaper, health care costs, and lower taxes. Clearly as stated, 1if globalization was not affecting the global market, 1higher efficiency and lower costs would not be available to industries and companies. Globalization provides quicker transportation, easier and quicker communication, 1and a wider are selection of applications from one place to another in order to find the most efficient and cost effective location. The 2business’ ability to empower the consumer is 2another major effect of globalization on businesses and through 1globalization, consumers are now able to accessthe product that fits them best through electronic commerce as products are now coming from countries all over the world. Communicating has grown easily and the export or import of products and services 2has become quicker. Consumers can search and have any products, price, and can choose they wants and needs anytime. One of the examples of this is online shopping or electronic commerce it provides 1a platform for consumers to pick and choose a product they want to purchase in just a click. Small companies can be in a global industry and it is also one of the major effects of globalization todays. Small companies could now have the opportunities to become known because through globalization they could be more productive and efficient since small companies cannot afford expensive means of communicating. Globalization also helps companies setting their goals and achieving it through having online conferences, meetings and group calls with less hassle and timely reliable.One of the examples is using Skype. Through this, collaboration would be more possible without meeting face-to-face or meeting them personally. Companies from small and large industries could now join the global economyand it has been seen in a firm levels. Competing in market niche on global marketscan merge or in small firms while in 1the multi-national level information technology increased trade 1in order to compete at the global level. In the next three years, globalization would be a great help to large companies, industries and businesses because it could help them to succeed in the global market. A competition would be more popular because of information technology systems. Innovations of companies would be easier, possible and affordable with inexpensive cost. Being globalized, it is not only the success of large companies, small companies but among individuals as well inside a firm. In information technology globalization, efforts would be minimize and time production would be maximize and when these happens the success of more industries and companies would arise. Fewer mistakes will happen in terms of production and the goals could achieve because of globalization.
