Scenario

Social Media is making a significant impact on business operations.

TASK:

You are to identify and discuss (in essay format) at least two forms of social media and discuss their uses and advantages and disadvantages to the business user.

The Essay should be no longer than 1000 words (absolute maximum)

· Introduction: (10 Marks and 100 words)

· This should identify the media types and state how the information was collected.

· Main Body: (35 marks and 350 words each)

· Media type A: definition, examples and adv/disadvantages

· Media type B: definition, examples and adv/disadvantages

· Conclusion (20 Marks and 200 words)

· This should state what you have found from your discussion and conclude with a statement to reflects your introductory intention
