You will begin to prepare a case study analysis that examines the following topics:

· How effectively did Mulcahy apply EQ and authentic leadership when she became COO? Explain your reasoning.

· What is your assessment of Mulcahy as a leader?

Milestone Two: Draft

In Task 3-3, you will submit a rough draft of your case analysis. This will be submitted for feedback only, but it will count towards the milestone submission critical element.

Milestone Three: Submit Case Study

In Task 4-3, you will submit your final case study. This is graded with the Case Study Analysis Rubric.
