Project Planning
Write a paper that explains your project and meet the following criteria form the grading rubric:
· The Portfolio includes all of the required components, as specified in the assignment. Which are:

Project scope
Project schedule
Project budget
Project milestones & deliverables
Quality management plan
Staffing management plan
Communication management plan
Change management plan
Risk management plan & accompanying risk register
· Project is clearly defined and well-constructed to help guide the reader throughout the project.
· Student provides a well‐formatted assignment. Student exhibits excellent use of MS Project in the development of the assignment; demonstrates strong ability to use the software to create a usable project plan.
· Student builds upon the basis of the assignment with well‐documented and exceptional facts, figures, and/or statements.
· Student demonstrates a strong command of the subject matter in the assignment.
· Student presents the project management plan as strongly related elements towards one goal.
· Sources well or adequately chosen to provide substance and perspectives on the issue; knowledge from the course linked properly to source material.
· Cites and integrates at least three credible sources.
· Applies critical thinking and reasoning skills for effective analysis.
· Prescribes actions to effectively address a variety of ethical situations that support social responsibility.
· Demonstrates effective leadership and teamwork skills.
· Selects current technology applications and applies to specific problems and challenges in the work place and professional skills.
· Project is clearly organized, well written, and in proper essay format including an introduction, body, and conclusion. Conforms to project requirements.
· Strong sentence and paragraph structure; few or no minor errors in grammar and spelling; appropriate writing style; clear and concise with no unsupported comments.
· Includes all items listed on APA rubric and includes less than two APA style guide mistakes within the paper itself. Citations and reference page are correctly formatted.
Make sure you include your MS Project outputs in the document or submit your MS Project file along with your paper.
Try to structure your project so that all the tasks do not run at the same time.
In your paper you should discuss each of the concepts required for the project and not just the project itself; meaning, you should discuss concepts we learned about in the class and then explain how you addressed them.
Make sure you have incorporated some type of project budget into your MS Project file; which could be done by budgeting labor.
You should also assign resources to each task and plan those resources so it is clear what each person assigned to the project is doing.
