If a leader has success because he try to do some things new then he should celebrate and reward the employees for success. For example my king Abdullah always when he does some things new and success he reward those who involve.

A leader needs to build good relationship between his/her employees. For example when I was working in my country I try to talk to the employees and ask small details such as names and the special events.

When I become a leader in agency I will give my employees who provide my company excellent service some gift as reward such as bonuses, pay increase, or one day off.

What I understand from this example is description of teamwork, and that is not just each worker get his/her work perfect. But also they have to try to help other members to achieve their work as well. So general meaning is by collaboration every work done as perfect than work by individual.

Collaboration: I think collaboration meaning close to teamwork as well. So this means when different groups particbate, I know they have different goals but in the end they want to achieve one work. But absolutely each one has skills that expect of them. So, that group has good chance to succeeding and help their goal to success as well

They feel it is important for employees to take risks. Because they believe you have to try to do some work to be eligible to ever do. So if you don’t taking a chance of succeeding with some goal, you will never success with that goal.

39- Athletic coaches do not wait until the season is over to let their players know how they are doing. How can organization leaders recognize and reward employees in a timely manner?

A more quick way to let employees know how they are doing is by frequent performance assessments. Managers can also hand out coins or other tokens to employees who are seen doing something very good. This way the employee would be rewarded immediately, and since it is not only dependent on top management participation it would allow the process to happen throughout the company more quickly.

40. Recognition awards vary from organization to organization. What are some examples that you have experienced or observed?

I have seen some examples, where people that have successfully worked for their cases have been given gifts by their clients. Sometimes employees who have demonstrated excellent performance with previous work are given greater number of cases, or more difficult cases.

41. Have you ever had a mentor? List some of the benefits of having a mentor

My father has been a mentor for me. He has shown me that helping other people by doing my work successfully and show the value of my work. As a mentor he has been able to show me many of the likely problems and difficulties that I will encounter doing that type of work since he is familiar with the work as well, and he has been able to suggest good actions to deal with those problems.

42. Is self-reflection important? Why or why not?

A person can identify some things that they did well each day, as well as the things that they did poorly by self-reflection, hence is very important. It makes it clear to them that a process can be affected by their actions so it will help them to be able to think of other things that they could do in the future.

43. How do K&P answer the question: Are leaders born or made?

Anyone can be a leader even though they say all leaders are born. By continuously practicing the qualities of a leader and helping others practice those qualities, one can be a leader. People who do not expect either success or failure at the first leadership task they attempt, usually are the best leaders as they are the people who know this. If one tries, it is possible for anyone to be a leader.
