Am writing to you to lodge a humble request that you consider helping us inspect and solve a problem that developed recently from a gate you installed to one of our clients. The problem with the gate according to the client is that the door has a lock malfunction and closing and opening it has been a problem. It always gets stuck and the customer has to struggle at least once or twice when opening and closing. In addition, after the door settled the two heights no longer match and apparently could be the main cause of the problem. We also realized from the customer that the gate has developed spots rust onto the white pristine paint that was initially applied. For that reason, while fixing the problem it will also be prudent to consider applying a new paint to replenish its original aesthetic look.
Satisfaction to our customers is very critical to enable them secure their properties and business. The customer is a tenant at 921 NW 23RD Avenue, Portland where they run a petite business. Since this complaint has reached us it will be necessary to work together to correct it and strengthen the relations that we share with our clients.
Find herein enclosed a copy of proposal/invoice that you sent me earlier. Notice from the invoice that the one-year warranty for this order is still valid with up to six month left until expiry date. In such, circumstances we are obliged to honor the warranty.
