Advantages and Disadvantages of Business Venture

Business venture refers to the entity started up with the intent of attaining financial profits. Any business venture is developed based on the inadequate market thus yielding high demand high or the market lacking supply. The end goal of the venture is usually financial strength. After identifying the consumer need of a particular market, the entrepreneur goes ahead to strategize on how the needs would be availed to the ready market after which the specific product or service is then provided.

There are different types of business ventures including and not limited to real estate, transport sector, entertainment joints, writing agency, salon/Baber shop, e-commerce, child care centers all the above mentioned business ventures can only be considered legal upon registration by the chief government registrar for instance child care centers (Roberts 7). Therefore, a legal venture is one that is recognized and approved through certification to operate by a functioning government. There must be a license for the same which attracts a certain fee depending on the type and size.

A child care centre is a business venture in which little children from diverse homesteads are taken care of at the centre upon the parent’s or guardian’s authority. The child care centers are as a result of parents and guardian having certain engagements elsewhere such as too much work, school work. The various types of childcare centers include day care centers, home daycare, nanny, relative care and school daycare centers (Square 12).

Some of the advantages of these daycare centers according to Levine et al, include; the centre provide an ample time to the working class since they are released of the burden of deciding on what between caring for their children and going to work is more important, the centers are a source of employment since there are workers hired to look after the children, They offer career opportunity to childcare practitioners. They prevent child theft. They are convenient at any time.

Among the shortcomings of the child care centers include poor parenthood as some parents forget to have an influence in their children’s upbringing, there are high chances of child theft , hence, human trafficking, They encourage immorality in the society in that cases of abortions are likely o go up, a vast of them are money oriented meaning in case of sickness the child might not be taken care of well, Depending on the number of children at the centre they are a risk to a child’s health since the environment is crowded,, The centers are also a preserve of a few individuals in the society who have money, therefore they widen the rift between the rich and the poor. Some canters are a risk to the security of children, for, instance a fire incidence would prove challenging since the small kids cannot rescue themselves (Levine et al 18).
