• A Cochon de Lait is a Cajun pig roast that

originated in Louisiana. • Cochon de Lait literally means "pig in milk“ –

or, more commonly, is called a "suckling pig." • The pig is cooked for 6-12 hours so people

can take their time and enjoy each others’ company.

 To profitably drive day trips from $250+ ADT

players.  These people want to gamble and we want to

give them a reason to choose Hollywood, and then get them on the casino floor.

 Accordingly, the event is designed to move players in and out quickly.

 This event should be held on a Saturday in mid October from 3pm-6pm.

 Ideally, it should be held outside, by the pool (weather permitting).  Plan B is to hold it in the ballroom.

 Invited players and guest will:  Register when they arrive.  Enter the event.  Go through buffet and grab a drink at bar stations.  Eat/enjoy music.  Return to the casino floor for a drawing (at 8pm).

 There will be drawings every 15 minutes throughout the event, to give out Cajun-inspired items like alligator claw back-scratchers, crawfish tables, hot sauces, etc.

 After playing, the guests will come back in the evening for a drawing on the floor at 8pm.  $10k total in prizes ($5k Slot Play and $5k cash).

 Invitations will be sent to top 3 month active 3,500 players.  Must have $250+ ADT to qualify.  Players can bring one guest.

 Guests will be asked to RSVP to the Hollywood Call Center.  We will plan to have 595 total guests.

3500 invitations with a 10% response rate = 350. Everyone will bring a guest, so that is 700. You will have 15% no-show, so that will be 595 total guests.

 Based on 350 players responding, at 15% no-showing, we anticipate 297.5 will attend.

 While all players’ ADT is greater than $250, the expected blended average ADT is $288.

 The number of players x the blended ADT is $90k. This is the expected revenue.

 The majority will come from slots.
