1. A real world that I see myself encounter is by taking my hourly wage to see what my gross income will be for the month. For example, $14.00 hourly for 40 hours a week. I would multiply $14.00 by 40 hours. 14 * 40 = 560 (weekly). I would take 560 and multiply it how many weeks there are in the current month, I will be using 4. 560 * 4 = 2,240 (monthly).

This website gives people a video tutorial of decimals and uses every day real world situations for examples. I really enjoy this site because it goes over different math problems than just decimals. I love to watch videos of how to solve problems because it makes me feel like I’m actually sitting inside a classroom watching and listening to the teacher explain how to solve the problems that are being covered.
