THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF REVIEWS I HAVE DONE. Please use the example
I have highlighted in yellow my response. I want somethinclose to that but don’t copy my review
It is important to ensure standardized data entry for many reasons; most of which is to acheive a consensus or general foundation of information. If all variables and data are based on the same standardization, it is easier to read data and identify where deviation or lack of deviation is occuring. In market research, without using standardization entry, consequences can arise such as the inability to derive answers correctly from questionnaires or surveys, or the ability to repeat/pre-test accurately and - in future research - repeat the study. Additionally, the distorted results can be costly and wastes time and resources. Going back to week 2's conference, future research that is based on a non-standardized model can negatively effect that research as it's foundation is a deviation from the standardized model. Essentially, standardization gives a quality assurance on the data being collected and that one piece of data isn't skewed or biased in anyway from another piece of data in the same research.
-----My instructions….Please respond to his reponse to the main discussion question:
Why is it important to ensure data is entered in a standardized fashion?
Please write the respond as if I was writing it.
For example:
To begin with, I feel that the response was quite short. A response of about a full page would have been adequate in this case. You only gave a response of ninety seven words which to me doesn’t feel adequate. I also feel that you should have dwelled more on the first point. You have only used one sentence on that point. You should have at least discussed the meaning of a questionnaire and how it is used. On pretest, you did a good job. You start by explaining that will give marketers the assurance that they are using the proper scales and the questions are constructed correctly. I also agree on the point that Pretest will save marketers money and embarrassment if the questionnaire is used before the pretest and the data that is collected is not accurate. It is a good review according to me, but I still insist on the point that you should have made it longer
Please write the response this way. Thanks.
I need ¾ of a page (double spaced) for this one.
You don’t need to say the response was quite short. They are supposed to be short responses. Find a way around it.
The response is a good one and I like the way the writer has arranged his points. He has a clear and direct way of presenting his points. This is a good thing as any reader will be able to understand what the response is about. It is always good for a writer to put into consideration the different types of readers . There are writers who will not understand complicated language and that is why a writer should write in a simple and clear language. This response has fulfilled requirement. The response is written in a simple language that is simple and clear making it easy for any reader to understand the article.
The writer has also written a good introduction and body. I however feel that he should have written a better conclusion to the response. The conclusion part should summarize all the main points in the response. I also feel the he should have made a clear distinction between the introductory, body and conclusion parts. His response has been written in one continuous form.
In conclusion I would like to say that it is a good response but he should put into consideration the points herein mentioned.
Standardized Data Entry
Note # 2

Professor and class,
Collecting data is very costly, therefore, an organization that engages in marketing research must make sure that the data it collects are done in a standardized fashion; it must follow the rules and integrity of the data. In fact, regardless of the field of study or preference for defining data, whether quantitative or qualitative, the accuracy of data collection is essential to maintaining the integrity of the research.
Additionally, the selection of appropriate data collection, whether modified, existing, or newly developed, with a clearly described instruction for their correct use reduces the likelihood for errors to occur. For example, not entering data in a standardized fashion or collecting data with inaccurate findings that result in wasteful resources, inability to validate a study, etc., are few of the many disconnects that occurred, when data are not entered in a standardized fashion. What do you think?

Data Standardization - Doe
Note # 4

The other important part is the boy. It should deal with all the major points and explained them in details. Any point that the writer wants to pass should be mentioned here and in a way that any reader would understand. Any point that seems hard should also be explained to ensure that the reader does not miss any point. On the body part the writer has done a good job. The points are well organized and clear.
In conclusion I would like to state that the writer did a good job and it clearly shows that he understood the subject matter of what he was writing.

The standardization of data becomes an important effort of gathering the data and collecting. In the military, we call this information management. The reason it is so important is because it allows for efficiency and naming conventions to appropriately allow a user to locate the information that they need. The same application is important for data. If the data is hard to find or under the wrong heading, then the collection of it becomes labored. With this labored collection effort, we have inefficiency and eventually the potential for data loss or improper data becomes a realized thing. If we have bad data, we lead ourselves down the road of the previous weeks and we make the wrong decisions going forward. In my line of work, data is pretty important because we do use it to turn into usable information. With enough data points, we can then determine our methods in which we make the future decision. If we didn't standardize the way we did business, these things would become impossible feats.

Data Standardization - Mansfield
Note # 10

David Mansfield has done a good a good review. I however feel that his introduction is short. He should have written a more detailed introductory part. The introductory part is a very important part as it prepares the reader for what to expect in the body. He starts by saying that the standardization of data becomes an important effort of gathering the data and collecting. But in my opinion I feel that he should have started by explaining what standardization of data is. This will make the reader understand the subject matter of the review. He should also have differentiated the introductory part from the rest of the review.
A good article should have three parts namely:
· Introduction
· Body and
· Conclusion
In his response has not divided it into the three parts. It is just a long paragraph. He however has good points which shows that he understood what he was writing about. It is a good response. If it was divided into the above mentioned segments it would be very good response.
Next time he is giving a response he should consider all those elements. This will make his response an outstanding one.
Good work in general.
