Yes, most issues are how organizations and individuals see and do things. The world is changing whether we want it to or not. We can witness this ourselves in the shows we watch [i.e house of cards or scandal], the publications that are available [Forbes or CNN] and even in the laws that are being introduced [same sex marriage or voting new law makers].

Results Based Management is the best way to go when ensuring accountability for NGO’s. There is a high demand for transparent environments, indicators, monitoring, reporting, more. This forces cooperation when involving various assets [i.e funding] and liabilities [i.e plans] which forces performance and productivity.  At the end this leads to accountability when reaching achievements. This is used by IGOs such as United Nations.

There are other methods besides Results Based Management Cycle that could work for NGOs such as Performance Management Framework.
