INSTRUCTION FROM THE PROF:

My instructor has given some comments about this paper. It is a good topic however it does not relate closely to the thesis. He likes the notion of "right to life" - principle for life. And thus should centralize around that notion in regards to the thesis "conversation & compromise". Therefore, in the introduction, please input the statement “Abolishing capital punishment is the right way for global conversation & compromise”. He recommends the use of Kantian and Utilitarian approaches that argues AGAINST capital punishment.

For example: - Kantian argument would say that since "right to life" is an important principle for life... Therefore in the world of global conversion & compromise, no one has the right to kill another human being. - In Utilitarian perspective, because there inconsistency amongst countries to countries. The cost benefits are different amongst countries (what is deemed capital punishment in one country may differ in another). Prof said: - Please insert sub-headings (Introduction, conclusion, and etc.) - Rework the paragraphs and make sure your arguments and points works with and support your thesis. - At the end of each paragraphs see if it is supporting your argument. - Gradualism (countries cooperation towards conversation & compromise) can be one example of implementing your argument. Gradualism can be one of the methods in accomplishing capital punishment abolition. - He wants to see the methods and ways of how we are going to implement our argument in practical sense. - Look up: Amnesty Internationals take on capital punishment. And use it as reference if need be. P.S. I have to make a presentation on this paper, so it will be great if the arguments are properly structured.
