My friend Ali introduced to him. The name of this guy is Jason. After a while this guy became my closest friend.

Abdulwahab: Which talent would you most like to have?

Abdullah: I would prefer to be a professional soccer player in Europe, specifically, in England. I would also wish to be the best gamer in Fifa 14 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox 360.

Abdullah: I have plenty of interests but what hits me and attracts me the most is playing video games specially PlayStation 4, Xbox, and PC.

Abdullah: I usually play sport games, such as Fifa 14, NBA 2K, and NFL. I also play action games, which have online features, like Call of Duty and Battlefield.

Abdulwahab: Why do you like them?

Abdullah: I like to play Call of Duty and Battlefield because they are first person shooter, and I am more a social person and I like to play online with other people from different parts of the world. While I like to play sport games because my friends visit me on the weekends and they love to play sport games so I want to practice and beat them.

Abdulwahab: So, when did you get into playing video games?

Abdullah: (mmm…) when I was eight years old my father took me to a gaming store to buy me PlayStation one because he wanted to reward me for my excellent grades.

Abdullah: As I remember my father allowed me to choose two games. The first one was Crash Bandicoot, and the second was Pepsi Man. I was more into playing Crash Bandicoot because it has an adventures story mode.

Abdulwahab: Do you think that video games affect you violently?

Abdullah: I doubt about it. I think it depends on the person’s personality. For me it doesn’t have any negative effects on me. However, it may differ with other people. For example, if you give an aggressive kid a Fighting game like wrestling games he would act violently with people around him.

Abdulwahab: What do you think are the advantages of playing video games?

Abdullah: I have learned a great deal of things from playing video games. First of all, I have improved my English through playing online games and chatting with Americans since that I am playing a game that many Americans like to play and that game is call of duty. Second, Video games keep me up to date with the latest and exclusive news about transfer market in soccer. Finally, I enjoy wasting my free time in playing video games rather than doing something that affects me negatively.

Abdulwahab: What do you think are the disadvantages of playing video games?

Abdullah: As an addicted video gamer, I would say that there are a large number of disadvantages. First, many games aim for a single player and thus it could create aggression between siblings. Second, it can take an awful lot of hours of a person’s life in front of T.V rather than spending those hours in something useful. Finally, video games could teach teenagers or kids many bad and inappropriate words.

Abdulwahab: In the end, if you could create a game what would it be?

Abdullah: I would like to create a game that has multiple features and has many games in it.

Abdulwahab: In the future, will you still play video games?

Abdullah: Definitely, I am a huge fan of video games for almost thirteen years I have played video games. So what will stop from playing more!

Abdulwahab: So, how will you manage your time between playing video games and your future job?

Abdullah: As a business major I will open a video games store when I go back home, and I will make a good connection with international video games companies, so my habit and my job will be focusing on the same thing. I will make a plan that fits thirty percent of my time for playing video games and seventy percent for my job and my family

Abdulwahab: Do you think it is a good habit for your kids in the future?

Abdullah: I think it’s a good habit and I will encourage my kids to play video games on the weekends because it helps them to learn English and analyze the story, which will help them in their college career.

Abdulwahab: How do you want video games to develop in the future?

Abdullah: I want video games to be more realistic.
