Minimum of 5 external professional or academic quality sources with appropriately in-text citations and references in APA format (Needs Improvement). Your team has the ability to satisfy this requirement in subsequent phase submissions for inclusion in your final draft, but be sure to have a minimum of 5 as required.

All Team Members are responsible for providing their references used in APA format. Sarah Summers will cut and paste what is provided onto the reference page for each phase.

Comments:
You will need to complete a position description for each department head that you have been assigned. The teachers within that department will have the same position description without the responsibilities and less education than the department head.
As the Team Lead, David will compile all of the assignments received on Friday to ensure the combined document is ready for submission Sunday. It is important that each team member meet their individual deadline to allow time for David to review and compile the final Phase I document.
