Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Facilitates and expedites strategic organizational goals. Updated files and personnel information for all incoming contractors and government workers assigned to the Data Center. Key player in the development of several new plans and processes to streamline the changing program guidelines. Prepare agendas, minutes, and track action items from various meetings. This includes gathering all required documentation from the various divisions’ computer-based portals in preparation for any required briefs. Act as the point of contact for ITSO for contractor support to provide management with detail information to make critical management decisions. Provide technical revisions of written material i.e. Statements of Work’s (SOW) for large procurement actions. Responsible for maintaining records database for the Data Center Migration Program. System owner of the division distribution list. Coordinated travel arrangements for senior staff personnel and ensured all financial matters were handled in a timely manner. Serves as COR on multiple contracts such as Fixed price and Blanket purchase agreements. Serves as liaison with vendors and the Government. Approving official in the remedy tool for all procurement requests for the division. Make procurement purchases on Government issued credit card.
