The HRC session was very interesting and helpful. I learned the PESTLEE which was something new to me. Back in school, we were taught about the SWAT Analysis only. I learned the differences between the two and when to use each one. Also, I learned the importance of the organization position and the types of organizational structure. It was very important to know your Vision & Mission and how to communicate it to all employees. Now, I fully know how HR supports the organization and unique role of HR. Now, I am doing my best in being a business partner and listen more to line managers and try to agree in an action which serve both of us. I also try to give the idea of what we are doing to help those line managers to my team and the line manager themselves and how is the HR important.

To have a regular meeting with line managers to explain to them the importance of the organization design. Before making any changes, we have to analyse the effect could happen.
