Environmental influence
Buildings and structures are said to amplify human behavior by a way of creating safe places for health and also to help with social interactions. According to an article (Lockton, D. 2011) all buildings imply at least some form of social activity stemming from both their intended function and the random encounters they may generate. The layouts of buildings create ways for individuals to socialize by secluding paths and creating social topics. Medical buildings are created in ways that keep the elderly safe, and the various health and safety needs by humans. The environment is highly influential to humans, and buildings are created to aid in that influence. Recreational buildings represent that community as a whole by providing safe, fun environments for children and the family. They help by brining communities together by providing public pools, sports complexes, and recreational leagues.

Creative thinking
Architecture has a way of effecting humans and their behaviors. Old buildings created by hand with much art, have a way of inspiring and creating creative minds. New, more modern buildings have this effect as well, but it depends on the design. Its purpose is to make places where people feel more human, more alive, more fulfilled (Moore, G.T 1979). As stated before, humans are influenced by their environment, and the design of surrounding building have a big influence. For instance, those created by artist in Italy and the like, have given the impression of romance and compassion. The way a building might look can give humans certain ways of thinking and acting.
