I think it’s better if we follow LFC assignment instructions 2. As the example I gave u is just a brief example of how should the report flow. That report is from my friend who is in the other class. So our lecturer criteria is different
1) We must utilise the whole model and include all 5 dimensions in our leadership development plan.
2) We also need to let the lecturer know how we diagnosis our leadership strengths and weakness. Example: CMU Assessment tool, Jung typology test. (you can copy and paste the result of the personality test and put in appendix)
3) Industry – specific issues (refer to LFC assignment instructions 2)
4) Person- specific issues (refer to LFC assignment instructions 2)
5) We also have to set a time frame of this leadership development plan. My lecturer says 2 years would be good so let’s stick to that.
When preparing the Leadership development plan, we need to be very specific with our planned goals and activities to ensure that the timeframes you have scheduled can be clearly validated against what we have planned. (refer to LFC assignment 2 for example)
I have done the personality test by Jung typology test and this is my result. Pls paste this in the appendix. I guess u might have to re-do the report according to the information of my personality.
