The goal of our project is to provide an effective project management office space, train individuals and provide an IT solution for the client, Galaxy. We’ve taken the goals and created a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); breaking down the project into the following main areas and then subdivided them as accordingly. We have also included a chart that depicts how the project is broken down.

Train Galaxies Project managers in PMP

1. Create Project Management Office (PMO)
