List three factors that must be considered by the company and explain why each factor important to consider in a company's decision to "go international." What are the methods that can be used by companies to do business in other countries? This question goes to the issue of how can companies do business internationally. In other words, what methods of doing business in other countries can companies use to "go global"? Name two methods that companies can use. After identifying the two methods, identify the legal risks a company might face in using each of those methods to do business internationally.
