Do not add letterhead material. I will deduct credit on the midterm exam if you do. I made that perfectly clear in the directions for this assignment.

Dear MrMr. XYZ:,

Thank you for I am highly thankful and would like to express my appreciation for the excellentremarkable catering services you provided at our luncheon on Friday, February 28.services rendered by you and your band at our college event. The contributions you share to the event is very memorable. Simply it was just what I required but never expected to be so perfect.

I believe there is an error on the invoice I received on March 5. According to the enclosed copy of the price quote you sent to me onWe agreed on deal done by December 10, 2013, the quoting a per person price should beof $16.50, including food and all set-up fees. for catering on luncheon event. Recently I received an invoice on March 5 The invoice requestsing payment for 112 guests at $19.50 per person. you sent me for clearance is stating different figure rather than $16.50 on which we consented mutually.

Please send a corrected invoice as soon as possible. investigated the matter and take step for rectification, cancel that overcharged invoice and send me a new one with the correct amount.

Hoping cooperation from your side

Yours tTruly,
