*SAMPLE ANSWER*
Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling are all important functions of management. Organizing serves as a vital mechanism of management because it adjusts various parts to accomplish a common purpose. It offers the benefit of specialization, it produced transparency, it allows an optimum utilization of resources, provides adaptability, effective administration, and aids in the development of personnel.
When building internal and external relationships communication is vital. The only way to have an understanding of what's going on inside and outside of an organization is through effective communication. Social events are another way to build relationships both internally and externally as it allows information to get passed from one place to the next.
