School 2: 3.4, 3.0, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8, 3.4, 2.6, 2.9, 3.0, 3.1
School 3: 2.5, 2.6, 3.5, 3.0, 1.8, 2.3, 3.8, 3.5, 3.1, 2.7
You are interested in testing if the true average GPA of a student at these different schools is different across the schools. Write down your H0 and perform the appropriate test. In addition, test if School 1 and 2 have the same variance with size :05.
