This week, attention was directed towards the issue of leadership within a terrorist organization, specifically, Osama bin Laden.  What were the key characteristics that he possessed that allowed him to have such influence upon the minds and actions of members of al Qaeda and its affiliates? How would you explain his ability to effectively communicate, both internally and externally, this organization’s objectives?
