Then add a second paragraph to include an example of "normalization of deviance taken from the Useem article. You can use NASA, but you will need to take note of Vaughan's "landmark study."  The other examples are Useem's. You will need to be specific and thorough no matter which one you pick. Make this sentence 4-5 sentences. 

Re-read the Volkswagen article. Come with a list of examples of "normalization of deviance" that Useem provides in his text. After you make your list, go back to the text and figure out what he does with each separate example.
