1.  Offering daycare is quite an expensive benefit, what effect might this have from a total rewards perspective?

2.  Self interest seems to be an important determinant of what employees think is fair with regards to benefits, how could you offer childcare benefits without the employees who don't have young children thinking that they are subsidizing this benefit for other employees.  What is the benefit distribution method that you could use to make it fair for everyone?

3.  Besides humanitarian reasons, why would a company benefit by offering childcare beyond just making some employees happy?
